Girls Inc. of Oak Ridge

Our Galaxy Girl Camps are a strong part of our summer camp program.  Girls will have some good old summertime fun and learn a little physics,  engineering and math, while looking through telescopes, crafting moon sand, colliding asteroids, and making eatable planets.  In the process, we hope  that we will be engaging girls in subjects that will become an interest for them. Perhaps they will one day decide on a career in science--or become an astronaut!
